Returns & Exchanges at Kanvas Boutique

We want you to love your purchase from Kanvas! Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth exchange experience.


Exchanges & Store Credit
Kanvas Boutique offers exchanges or store credit only on eligible apparel items within 14 days of delivery.
* Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size or store credit
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
* We do not offer refunds unless item is defective and cannot be replaced
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
* Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
* All tags must be attached
* Items must be returned in their original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit:
* Accessories
* Discounted or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Shipping
At Kanvas, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All orders placed Monday–Friday by 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Exceptions may apply during holidays, high-volume drops, or weather-related delays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Friday, as well as orders placed over the weekend, will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Shipping is free on all orders over $150.
For orders under $150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Houston customers may arrange next-day pickup at our warehouse location. Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your order is confirmed.
